The product is very good. It's just that, the kind of packaging it's in makes it kind of hard to get the actual emulsion out of the bottle. Also, I originally ordered only one Jeju Fresh Aloe Emulsion, a Seventeen Perfume Stick and one See and Saw Sebum Clear Pack but because I received an email saying that the See and Saw Sebum Clear pack was unavailable because of a discrepancy in the inventory, I changed the latter Sebum Clear Pack that I ordered to 2 other Jeju Fresh Aloe products so a total of 3 Jeju Fresh Aloe products with 1 facial foam and 10 face masks each, and the Seventeen Perfume Stick should have been given to me but I just received the perfume stick, 3 Jeju Fresh Aloe products with 2 facial foams and 30 facial masks, which is quite disappointing considering that I've had proper correspondence with the staff. After emailing for the missing facial foam, I have not received any response to this date. The missing item might just be inconsequential but this mishap makes me anxious for future transactions, if any. I'm just putting this out there, so that The Saems Philippines would know that issues like this do happen and I hope due diligence would be exercised so that no other customer would receive incomplete orders.
