The Saem is one of our trusted brands. Everything is made in South Korea. It is sad that the physical shop at UP town center closed. We are glad that they have an online shop. However, the saem doesn’t reply on their Facebook and Instagram account even after payment so it leaves customers worried if their orders and payment went through. It gave me a lot of stress. Please improve your customer service and after sales service. Otherwise, you will lose customers. If you cant reply to emails and messages - at least have a contact number for us to call your office and verify our orders. Not posting your contact numbers and business address makes your business suspicious. Also, put contact numbers of your physical stores. Or hire virtual assistants.
